This glass bead was handmade in my studio. This bead was formed using a torch and Italian glass. I used brown and yellow glass and encased the bead in clear for depth. The bead was fully annealed in a kiln to relieve stress and hand cleaned. The bead is about 3/4" diameter. It is on a light soft leather necklace with sterling silver beads and lobster clasp. The necklace length is 18".

I made this bead in my studio by melting Italian glass rods and a torch. The bead was made with rubino ore glass (dark gold pink). The bead was fully annealed in a kiln to relieve stress and hand cleaned. I assembled the necklace with sterling silver beads and sterling silver wire & jump loop. The pendant is 1 3/8" long and maxium diameter of 1/2. The pendant was then strung on a 18" deep fuschia pink rubber cord necklace with sterling silver lobster clasp.

The bat is one of my handmade beads created using a torch and glass rods from Murano, Italy. His dimensions are 1.25" wide (wing-tip to wing-tip) and .625" tall. The hole runs vertical thru the bead. The bead is made with black glass. The eyes were applied with overlapping dots of white and black with a dot of yellow/orange for a nose. The bead was fully annealed in a kiln to relieve stress and hand cleaned. It is on an adjustable Chinese knotted cord necklace. The necklace can be adjusted from 18.5" to 27.5" by sliding the knots.

This would look great at halloween or for anyone who you are "Batty-For". =) Enjoy!

Each bead is only 3/8" in diameter. I make each bead using Italian soft cobalt blue and white glass with my handmade murrine and a torch. The beads were then annealed in my computer-controlled kiln to relieve stress, hand cleaned, and assembled into this design. I made the earrings with sterling silver beads & sterling silver findings. They are about 1" in length and come with transparent backings. I ship these in a lovely gift box.

This glass bead wine stopper was handmade in my studio. The bead was formed using a torch, and Italian glass. This is one of my signature aquarium beads. This bead starts with a white base of glass, and then encased with pale and light blue glass. Then layers of stringers, murines, and dots of color are applied and layers of clear glass. This takes substantial time to build. It has (1) yellow tail fish, a shell, and sea weed. I even put air bubbles coming out of "Yellow Tail's" mouth. It was then fully annealed in a kiln to relieve stress and hand cleaned. The wine stopper is 4.125" long and is permanently epoxied onto a rod embedded into the wine stopper. This wine stopper is for serving and displaying (not long-term storage).

This glass bead necklace was handmade in my studio. I form the bead using a torch and Italian glass rods. I used a base of transparent cobalt blue. I then used a one of my handmade latticinos and wrapped it around the pendant. The bead was fully annealed in a kiln to relieve stress and hand cleaned. The bead/pendant is about 1.25" long and is 7/8" wide. It is on an adjustable leather cord necklace (see last picture). It can be adjusted (knots slide) to a max. of 25.5". This comes in a lovely gift box.

I made this bead in my studio by melting Italian glass rods and a torch. The bead was made with blue filigrana glass. I built 2 disks and then pressed the edges together. The heat expanded the bead (hollow). It is very light. The bead was fully annealed in a kiln to relieve stress and hand cleaned. I assembled the necklace with sterling silver beads. The focal bead is about 3/4" in diameter. The beads were strung on a 18" royal blue rubber cord necklace with sterling silver lobster clasp.

This glass bead was handmade in my studio. This hollow bead was formed using a torch and Italian glass. I melted glass to for two disks of transparent ink blue and pressed the edges together. Then heated the bead to puff up. I applied overlapping dots of white, aquamarine, and clear on the surface. The bead was fully annealed in a kiln to relieve stress and hand cleaned. The bead is about 3/4" diameter and very light (since it is hollow). It is on a silver cable necklace(1.25mm thick) with sterling silver beads and lobster clasp. The necklace length is 16".
