Cardinal on Christmas Eve - Petite Pendant on Cord

A beautiful red bird sits among the pinecone branches, illuminated by the full moon. Snow falls peacefully. This winter landscape, part of the Zen Mandala modern art series (visionary landscapes in a contemporary Asian style), is offered as a pendant, hand crafted by the artist from my original painting. Made from polymer clay with the print fired onto it, then sealed for protection.

An adjustable knotted cord is included so the piece is ready to wear and will fit most sizes (these are adjusted by sliding the knots and don't have a metal clasp). As they go over the head, these tend to hang long, although you can sometimes double them up once they're on. If you would prefer a cord of a particular length with a clasp instead, let me know at the time of the sale (no additional charge).

Size: 1" square (approximate, not including the bail, which is the piece that fits over the cord). This is part of my Petite Pendant line, which is to the small, dainty side.

Material: Polymer clay with base metal findings (gold-plated bail). The image was transferred using archival Epson inks and sealed with varnish.

Signed: Yes (artist signature and date scratched into the back).

Burgundy maple leaves in autumn, against a multi-colored background. This landscape is offered as a pendant, hand crafted by the artist from my original painting. Made from polymer clay with the print fired onto it, then sealed for protection.

A lovely 17 3/4" necklace of glass beads in aqua, burgundy, green, orange, amber, yellow and turquoise, with a toggle clasp, completes this unique piece of wearable art.

Size: The pendant is 1" x 1 1/4" (approximate, not including the bail, which is the piece that fits over the necklace). The necklace measures 17 3/4".

Material: Polymer clay. The image was transferred using archival Epson inks.

The necklace consists of glass beads strung on quality beadalon wire and closes with a toggle clasp.

Dragonflies flit among the cattails, beneath a luminous full moon. The night sky is in shades of teal blue, deepening to indigo. The reeds and dragonfly are in orange tones. This piece, part of the Zen Mandala modern art series (botanical visionary landscapes in a contemporary Asian style), is offered as a pendant, hand crafted by the artist from my original painting. Made from polymer clay with the print fired onto it, then sealed for protection. A hand-sculpted dragonfly on the bail (the piece that fits over the cord) completes this unique piece.

An adjustable knotted cord is included so the piece is ready to wear and will fit most sizes (these are adjusted by sliding the knots and don't have a metal clasp). If you would prefer a cord of a particular length with a clasp instead, let me know at the time of the sale (no additional charge).

Size: 1 1/8" square (approximate, not including the bail, which is the piece that fits over the cord).

Material: Polymer clay. The image was transferred using archival Epson inks.

Steam rises from the cast-iron Asian teapot. Brightly-colored teacups are filled with tea. Purple sweet pea flowers adorn the table. A Siamese cat drifts off to sleep. This landscape, inspired by the Japanese Tea Ceremony, is offered as a pendant, hand crafted by the artist from my original artwork. Made from polymer clay with the print fired onto it, then sealed for protection.

An 18 1/2" earthy tribal beaded necklace of copper, stone, wood and handmade polymer clay beads completes this unique piece. If you would prefer a different length, let me know at the time of the sale (no additional charge).

Size: The pendant measures 1 1/8" x 1 1/4" (approximate, not including the bail, which is the piece that fits over the cord). The necklace measures approximately 18 1/2".

Material: Polymer clay. The image was transferred using archival Epson inks and sealed with protective varnish.

Beads of copper, stone, wood and polymer clay (also handmade to match the pendant) are strung on quality beadalon wire and the piece closes with a copper toggle clasp.

Signed: Yes (artist signature and date scratched into the back of the pendant).
