To make my lampwork wheels layers of opaque and transparent glass are carefully layered and raked to make the pattern and decorated with rased dots.

For this bead I've layered opaque white, aqua, CIM's leaky pen and transparent cobalt and aqua and finished the beads with lots and lots of raised dots.

This wheel comes hanging on a matching faux suede cord and with a small matching tubeshaped aqua bead decorated with dots in cobaltblue.

This small beadset contains 3 lovely raked beads made from transparent ametist and purple over white and periwinkle.

While the glass still was very hot I raked it to create the lovely movement in the glass which resulted in these lovely shapes. The beads are finished with transparent and white raised dots.

Size:
2 of the beads measure about 26mm from hole to hole and the smallest one measures about 23 from hole to hole.

Al beads are wound on a 2mm mandrell and are properly kiln annealed.

I am a Self Representing Artist (#E25).

Pictures are taken in a tabletop studio using daylight and have been enlarged to show detail. Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from monitor to monitor.

A base of silvered belgium lace is layered with layers of Double Helix silverglass, silvered ivory, coppergreen and inkblue and and raked to get lovely organic reactions.
After that I added transparen blue and light topaz sides and the bead is finished with a decoration of flowerbubbles (white flowers on transparent topaz), yellow dots, trails of coppergreen raised dots and large aqua bubbles on the side.

I totally love the colorcombination of this beautiful set of 6 pressed beads. Again I used ivory wich is one of my favorite glasscolors and combined it with Moretti Blueberry Marble, a special color that combines lavender with purple or even a hint of periwinkle.

The decoration is made with a homemade twisty in the same colors and pressed dots and lines in dark purple and ivory.

Because of the pressed shape the beads will stay nice against the skin.
