Autumn is finally here...and I couldn't be happier. It is, most definitely, my favorite season of the year. I love its colors and the way everything smells after the rain, and they way it's perfectly neither too cold or too hot. Oh, how I long for crispy leaves...this little one seems to think they are not that bad either!

She Leaves In Autumn is a dreamy, romantic original painting full of soft, beautiful colors in acrylics, on 100 % medium grain cotton stretched canvas, and is varnished with three layers of gloss varnish.

I lately have been engulfed in thinking about boundaries we trap ourselves into, little everyday habits that soon turn to routine, and imprisonment of our conscious (and subconscious) self in general...This formed a new collection that took me on an amazing journey, challenged me constantly, but upon completion of each piece, provided a feeling of fulfillment, almost a feeling of release and freedom, the promise of which seems to underlie all of them...

These are the latest addition to the new collection, and they will run in a limited edition of 10.

Madeleine was dreaming. She must have been so very light though, because somewhere in the middle of it (or at the end - you cant really tell time apart when you are sleeping) she could hear soft splashes of water, and so she opened her eyes, and looked around her.
She was sitting, she found, on the back of a beautiful and very regal-looking swan, who must have been a very special kind of swan indeed, to be able to carry her...(or maybe I have shrunk somehow, and am much lighter now, though Madeleine, reasonably)
They were in a vast lake, for Madeleine turned back to see where they had departed from, but could not see the shore in either direction, but the swan's movement was so gentle and reassuring, that she didn't panic or felt the need to ask him where they were going.

Wonders Ahead is an original painting in acrylics on 100 % medium grain cotton stretched canvas, and is varnished with three layers of gloss varnish.

I have been intrigued about the different ways by which we find the courage they need to be able to drift through the things (and people) that come in and go out of our lives... Because at some point, we have to learn to live with the gifts that they are when they come into our world and the gifts that they bring when they need to take on a different route.

I sometimes find myself clinging on to memories that I have owned since, it seems, forever...They are pieces of yesterdays long gone but not forgotten, and it sometimes feel as you can relive them as vivid as you choose to. Other times, though, it feels as though holding on to those snapshots of the past can cast a shadow onto our present and even future lives, drawing us in like the Lotus fruit, leaving us lingering for things only existing in another time.
It takes strength to nurture your memories, the pieces of your life, however hard or painful they may be. It takes even more courage to finally open the door, to finally allow new memories to form.

I lately have been engulfed in thinking about boundaries we trap ourselves into, little everyday habits that soon turn to routine, and imprisonment of our conscious (and subconscious) self in general...This formed a new collection of paintings, that took me on an amazing journey, challenged me constantly, but upon completion of each one, they provided a feeling of fulfillment, almost a feeling of release and freedom, the promise of which seems to underlie all of them...

This coloring book download features 10 unique black and white Little Fox drawings that will print out on standard 8.5" x 11.5" (21.25x 28.75cm) paper.

This is a lovely, fun activity for any child. It's also a fun gift item or a wonderful way to keep a group of small ones or yourself entertained( if you are like me and still a wee one deep inside! ). You can print the whole set or individual pages as needed, print as many as you like!

You will need a printer (prints in black and white) paper and something to color with (not included). Slightly heavier-than-normal weight paper works best, however it will print out just fine on copy paper.

Images included are shown in the rest of the preview photos. The file has 11 printed pages. Your file will not have the large watermark and will be of good printing quality. There is a tiny © info in gray at the top of each page, which however is very easy to color over.
