The Deluxe Chronometer Mechanism is an all-purpose time-travelling device the convienent size of a pocket-watch. With it, the user can travel throughout time, can speed or slow time, and can stop time. Invented by Dr. Rosaline Taylor, it is one of several mechanisms meant for time-travel. It is very powerful, and its only match is the Chronos Mechanism. The only one of its kind, it is sought after by mad scientists and air-pirates who wish to learn the secrets of its strange and fantastic nature and to use it for their own villianous means.

As an added bonus, it is a fashionable pendant and is worn about the neck by a silver chain, fastened in the back by a silver filgree toggle clasp. The center is a lovely watch movement, full of curious little cogs and gears. The case surrounding it is engraved with flowers and other lovely designs.

Note: The Deluxe Chronometer will do none of these things. It is merely a lovely necklace.

A handmade rose of recycled playing cards (of the hearts suite, of course) sits in the center of a faux velvet rose.
