Undone the cuff is 7 inches (18cm) long but it will stretch a bit more.

I gave the wool texture by gathering it and embellishing it with loads of different pink and red buttons, some vintage, some newer. Each button is sewn on by hand with embroidery thread in a peachy pink. There is a single large pink button at the centre front,

Hand knitted in cotton yarn that I dyed a deep navy blue leaving small flecks in a paler blue. I used a variety of stitches to give a lovely pattern and texture.

Stylish appliqued bag featuring a different, yet connected, design on each side.

A cotton print of a photograph of mine, featuring a wooden hand mannequin holding a small padded leather heart made by me, has been appliqued to a vintage red and white polka dot fabric.

The photograph heart has a real silver coloured ribbon sewn on to it.
The actual leather heart from the photograph is attached to a handle of the bag!

The word 'share' is hand embroidered in a steel blue-grey colour bamboo tape.
The tape continues around to the other side of the bag to form a heart shape with an added red satin covered button.

The main body of the bag is made from black moleskin cotton twill fabric which has a soft, almost velvet feel.

Lined in black moleskin cotton and unbleached calico.

Tote style bucket bag with a flat base.

This pretty pale blue pouch is made from recycled lambswool and angora.

The wool was fulled (felted) to form a dense but soft fabric and sewn to form a simple pouch with a flat base.

Embellished with my ribbon lettering hand embroidery spelling out the word 'mine' in jade green narrow satin ribbon. This continues around the back of the pouch and attaches to a small lime green ring. The ends of the ribbon feature fuchsia glass beads that match the pink button that forms the dot of the letter i.

Fastened pulling the top of the pouch through the little green ring

They were small enough to eat at school without being caught!
