This dwarf Linden tree located outside my studio windows is a favorite perch for small birds that frequent the feeders. Apple blossoms with their pink blush and delicate perfume have always been a symbol of Spring awakening for me. I tend to paint within the present season I'm experiencing, giving me a greater feeling for the subject at hand. This branch is part of an old Gravenstein tree outside my studio windows.
