This is a 10" x ~1" copper kaleidoscope with three front-surfaced mirrors inside and all-glass lenses at both ends. It does not have an attached container (and thus is accurately called a "Teleidoscope"), so you can look at anything and see it reflected a multitude of times (with extreme clarity due to the front-surfaced mirrors). The end caps are enameled in black with red and yellow lines.

The kaleidoscope comes with a non-roll oak display base which is varnished & stained, and the copper is coated to prevent tarnish and resist fingerprints.
This is a great toy for adults and a lovely gift.

This is something new for us. John was experimenting with some mirror last winter and came up with this design, but now makes it with superior materials. It is a 9" x 1 1/16" copper kaleidoscope with three front-surfaced mirrors inside and all-glass lenses at both ends. It is a type of kaleidoscope which does not have an attached container (called a "Teleidoscope") thus you can look at anything and see it reflected a multitude of times (extremely clearly due to the front-surfaced mirrors).

Each of our kaleidoscopes is unique; this one hass a central area enameled in blue with red, yellow, and white lines. It comes with a non-roll oak display base which is varnished & stained, and copper is coated to prevent tarnish and resist fingerprints.

This artisanal vest will keep you cozy and stylish this winter! A heathered tan and beige vest of 70% wool, 20% angora, and 10% nylon, this is very soft and gentle to your skin, and has a ribbed hem. I have needle-felted a "faux" scarf around the neck in a blend of purples, brown, blue, and burgundy wool. The patch pockets are also embellished with felting. Then I sewed purple iridescent glass beads to the front yoke felted area, and replaced the (boring) buttons with domed iridescent purple ones that really pop!

This sweater is a Large and measures 22" long down center front, 15" across from shoulder to shoulder, 36" around under armholes, and 34" around the hem; all measurements were taken while the sweater was laying flat and unstretched.

If you like shades of purple, you'll love this soft and snuggly sweater! The background knit is a heathered purple and beige, with flecks of blue, pink, and green; the needle-felted detail is lavendar wool with a fuzzy purple strand running through it, embellished by pearl-centered lavender satin flowers. The design, without the flowers, continues on the back like a scarf. The whole reminds me of a stream with flowers floating on it.

The sweater has patch pockets, short cuffed sleeves, and purple glazed ceramic buttons. It's been slightly felted, so the size looks like a "small" to "medium"; laying flat (totally unstretched), it measures 18" long from front neckline to hem, 20.5" from shoulder seam to hem, 32" around the hem, and 14" from sleeve seam to sleeve seam.

I've been wanting to make a necklace from a tiny tea set for a while when I came across these beautiful resin pieces. With sculpted and painted flowers in pastel shades, the tea pot (well, pitcher) matches the surrounding lampwork rose blossom beads perfectly; simple baby blue round glass beads and a sterling clasp are all that was needed to complete the 18" necklace. The earrings have sterling silver wires and are a diminutive 1 1/4" long total. Very dainty and lovely.

Red-orange wool meanders down the front of this 100% cotton zip-front denim vest. The colors in the wool are accented with red-orange yarn flecked with blue and gold, and hand-sewn opalescent red beads. The red-orange provides a great "hot" contrast to the cool denim blue.

The vest says "M", and measures 22" long from shoulder to hem, 19" long at center back. It is 16" across from shoulder to shoulder; 38" around at the hem; and 40" around at the bottom armhole.

This is one of three I made; after this I will not be doing anymore needle felting on denim (tough to do!).
Hand wash or dry clean only.
