This reticulated sterling silver piece formed a wonderful negative space during the reticulation process (heating the surface of the silver to red hot and flowing, then cooling slowly to achieve the textured surface). Since this is rather uncontrolled process, you never know what you're going to get and this is the wonderful result. No two can ever be alike.

This piece measures approximately 1 inch square (2.54 cm) and is on a 1.1 mm, 20 inch (50 cm) snake chain.

This is fabulous material - it is non-gem grade opal in an acid, apple green. Reminds me of the color of antifreeze.

Nevertheless, I cut this stone from a rough slab and finished it with a high shine. It is bezel set in sterling silver with a solid sterling silver back and hung from sterling silver ball chain.

Pendant measures approximately 1" (25mm) and is hung from an 18" (45cm) chain.

Occlusion-rich and a wonderful, glowing acid green, this is a puffy little piece of opalite - or a non-gem grade opal. I cut this piece out of some mystery material (I liked it better than its mother!) and it finished so much better than I expected.

I bezel-set this yummy stone in a hefty piece of silver with a square shank ring. Oxidized, punched and brush-finished.

This is a gorgeous necklace in strong pinks.

I cut and polished this piece of Mexican Agate and it positively glows with beautiful orbs of pink and salmon. I set in a scalloped sterling silver bezel and a solid back. The stone is hung from a curl of sterling wire and measures a little under 1.5" (3.8cm) and is .75" (1.9cm) wide. I include a 20" (50cm) snake chain.

These earrings are oxidized boxes with tiny cups riveted inside. Lightly polished in the high spots, they swing from even tinier tubes soldered on the topside of the boxes. A little edgy and a lot cool.

A small sliver of Picasso Jasper sat on my lapidary bench all winter - until I picked it up last week and coaxed it into a pretty little polished shape. And I had a Picasso Jasper cube that perfectly matched!

Soft browns and spider web patterns - gotta say, it really turned out nice and it hangs just at the hollow of your throat.

The stone measures a bit under 1" (2.54cm) and is not quite .5" wide. I bezel set the stone with a solid sterling back, hung it from a 16" (40cm) sterling cable necklace, and finished it with the 4mm cube. Lobster clasp.

Striking when pinned on black fabric, the scenery in this piece of Stromatolite reminds me of "Starry Night" only painted in blacks, grays and whites. This particular cabochon takes a low polish and has a warm feel to it. There are flecks of silver scattered in this piece of Stromatolite, a natural occurence occasionally.

If you think you might be wanting it as a pendant, let me know and I'll include a pendant converter at no extra cost.

Turritella - I absolutely love this material. It is an agatized group of tiny fossils, it takes a beautiful polish and it really makes a stunning piece of jewelry, I think.

I cut this piece of Turritella from a larger slab, polished it and set it in sterling silver. All my work from beginning to end and it will look wonderful on a coat or jacket or even your cloth bag.

This is bezel-set and backed in sterling silver and it measures approximately 2" long and 1" wide. The back is punched with little cutout holes, strictly for visual interest. You'll never find another like it, that's for sure!

I bought this little piece of agate as a cast-off sliver of stone. I took it home and loved on it, trimmed and polished it into a dagger shape and set open back.
