The white underglaze started to pull away from the interior bottom during the first firing, however it smoothed out and was sealed with clear glaze during the second firing, so it's fully functional and watertight. Only an aesthetic flaw. Discounted 40%.

Hand-thrown porcelain vase hand painted in bright white and accented with a pebble inspired slip design in a slightly darker shade of white. The design is comprised of individually applied slip dots which are slightly raised above the surface.

The interior of the vessel is covered with a glossy, clear glaze while the exterior has been left unglazed for a natural, sculptural appearance. Measures approximately 7"H. The entire piece is covered in a glossy clear glaze, measures approximately 5.5”W x 3.25”H and holds about 2 cups. This is one of my signature designs. Whirls are made on the wheel - thrown then altered using porcelain. This Whirl bowl has a hand painted orange rim which beautifully accents the design. Part of a new collection of work that is architecturally inspired, this hand-thrown and altered porcelain vase was created using pieces deconstructed from multiple thrown forms, then reassembled to create a new piece. Each one in the new series is completely unique.

The interior is covered in red for a nice pop of color while the exterior is covered in a bright, matte white. Measures approximately 7"H with a 3"W opening. Its sculptural quality makes it a great display piece, though it also looks great when filled with a large bunch of flowers.

Hand formed porcelain pendant with a beautiful coral inspired surface design. The piece has and irregular circular shape that has been left unglazed to enhance its natural appearance. I've sanded the surface so it also has a very soft, appealing feel and a very sculptural appearance.

The pendant measures approximately 1.5"W x 1.5"H and is approximately .5" thick (at the thickest point). For those of you who would rather not use leather, this pendant comes with an untied hemp cord which adds to the natural quality of the piece. Hang in your home or on your body, this piece is great on its own as well as a nice focal point for your own creation.
