Christmas Stocking Ornaments - Gorgeous Green.
I am not sure what this fabric is, but it catches the light beautifully and really sparkles.

Keep these as a set, or split them up. Great affordable, unique gifts for co-workers, secret santa's, teacher's etc.

This is a set of 5 Christmas tree ornaments. They are pieced with a green fabric and embellished with a neutral (off white) tatting, for a simple, yet elegant look. The stockings are completed with green beading and a few clear sequins to catch the light.
Each stocking in this set has a different top, with the toe matching for continuity.

Stockings are 6in/15cms long, and 2.5in/6.5cms wide at the top. They have a metal loop hand stitched to the back. This can slip right over a hook or tree branch, or add a ribbon of your choice.

Stockings are backed with a black cotton, and also lined with a heavy fusible interfacing to provide extra body and stability.

Please note, these are ornaments, they have no 'pocket' for secreting goodies.

Each year I make ornaments for my family, and we are slowly building a beautiful set of heirloom decorations to adorn our trees with.

This is a set of 5 Christmas tree ornaments. They are pieced with gorgeous buttery cream silk dupion and embellished with cream tatting, for a simple, yet elegant look. The stockings are completed with some ruby beading and a few clear sequins to catch the light.
Each stocking is the same in this set.

Stockings are 7 inches/18cms long, and 3 inches/8cms wide at the top. They have a metal eyelet hand stitched to the back. Pictures show a simple ribbon(not included in listing), but you can use whatever suits your decorating style .

Stockings are backed with a thermal cotton, and also lined with a heavy fusible interfacing to provide extra body and stability.

Crazy Quilted Christmas Stocking.
Simply beautiful as an ornament, or a unique way to present that extra special christmas gift - a piece of jewelry, a message of love, or even just a lovely way to give cash to the person who has everything!

This highly embellished little treasure measures 17cm/7inch in length. Is 7cm/3iches width at the top, and heel to toe, 10cm/4inches. The pocket is approx 10cm/4inches deep, and as wide as the stocking.
Hanging length, from loop to toe is approx 25cm/9.5inches
This stocking is backed and lined with a blue hand dyed cotton.

The stocking is pieced in shades of blue, hand dyed fabric, and embellished with white, silver and blue, with a hint of green. The picture does not convey the visual texture of the piece, or the sparkle of the beads and sequins. Traditional crazy quilted stitches cover the seams, while crochet, beading, buttons and silk ribbon work finish the piece.

The cushion itself is made with a gold dupioni and is adorned with a hand stitched miniature seascape. Shells, beads, faux pearls. A variety of dimensional stitching techniques have been used to create undersea plant life. There is over 10 hours handwork in this pincushion.

This card holder is pieced and lined with unbleached muslin (NZ-calico). A stamped ceramic face sits atop a repurposed vintage tatted motif. The face is surrounded by some gorgeous olive 'pearls', with a simple leaf and bead design to add extra interest.
Each embroidery is unique, and will not be repeated.

Beading is double stitched and regularly knotted to ensure longevity.Each leaf is individually secured to prevent pulling.
*I have one of these faces on my personal pouch and it is very durable.

The card holder closes with a magnetic snap. I could comfortably fit 10(plastic) cards and 10 business cards in this, and there was still room . Some cash will slot safely in here too. Not suitable for coins.

An inquiring customer asked if the magnetic closure would affect the strips on your bank cards. What I can offer you is that I have used a pouch for several months, every day (it's where my cards live 24/7), and I have had no issues at all :)

Shipping is more in this item than my other pouches. The faces require extra packing and bubble wrap to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. They also get sent parcel post rather than letter rate :)

Each embroidery is unique, and will not be repeated.

I love the organic feel and look of this material.A characteristic of it is the flecks and 'seeding' that run through it.
The extra couple of dollars on this price of this pouch is to reflect the extra time this kind of hand stitching takes.

~WHAT~
This "Crazy Quilted" card holder is pieced and lined with black cotton. I have returned to my passion and roots here, and hand stitched seam treatments onto the pouch.The black on black makes for such an elegant, understated look. The beading catches the light. The red and blue are a very subtle touch of colour (the blue actually doesn't show at all except in direct sunlight)

Each embroidery is unique, and will not be repeated.

The extra couple of dollars on this price of this pouch is to reflect the extra time this kind of hand stitching takes.

All beads have been double threaded and knotted at regular intervals to ensure longevity.

~WHY~
These compact and stylin' little pouches are designed to fit anything the size of a credit card. Bank cards, reward cards, bus pass, drivers license, ID cards, and a little cash too.
They attach to your keyring with a strong, reinforced metal eyelet, and will fit safely in your pocket, or on a lanyard. They close with a magnetic snap.
Can you say "convenient?". No need to cart bulky bags around with you.

~WHAT~
This card holder is pieced and lined with black cotton lawn. "the Stix" are designed and stitched by me.

While embroideries may be repeated, each is hand stitched and so there will be no exact duplicates.

To keep a neat line, I hand knot and run the ends into the pouch.
