I made this darling assemblage using a purchased bird nest, 3 faux eggs, 2 feathers, a doiley, bed spring, moss, artificial foliage, teeny-tiny acorns, ribbon, and a paper tag.

Overall size is approximately 8 inches x 5 inches

Double-sided

The first side is a digital collage which features a vintage image of the Virgin Mary layered over a dictionary page with the guide words Hail Mary.

The flip side of the pendant is Psalm 67

God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us

Pendant is polished chrome and measures 2 inches by 2 inches. The images float between two layers of glass. An extra jump ring has been added so that the pendant can easily be applied to your necklace.

This morning, when I went out to get the newspaper, I found this adorable little fairy.

Her name is Emily and she loves coconut macaroons and tea with lots of sugar. I think that is why she is so sweet!

I placed her in a quart-sized mason jar with air holes drilled in the top of the lid to keep her safe.

Captured Winter Fairy Assemblage Jar - ZNE

Yesterday evening, I saw tiny footprints all around my birdbath in the snow. I followed them and found this sweet little fairy boy talking to the rabbit who frequents the garden. I asked him what his name was. The dear fellow's name is Edward. He comes from a long line of fairies who live in these parts. He is one of four brothers and three sisters. He and his twin brother, Earl are the youngest in the family. If you listen carefully, you will hear him sing. He can make up songs at the drop of a hat. He is a pleasure to have around.

Edward is in a quart-sized mason jar with a holes drilled in the top to keep him comfortable.
