I’m still trying to reduce my stash.
45 inches wide and one and a half yards long– this has to be the most vibrant fabric that I have in my stash. It has a beautiful feel to it, like close woven cotton. Need I mention that the price is a real bargain.

All the colors are eye-popping, from the brilliant blues and greens to the orange of the day-lilies. They all coordinate beautifully with the scarlet background.
(Please judge the size of pattern by picture with scissors).

What a statement this would make as gorgeous cushion covers, tote bags, or, I’m sure you can imagine something even more wonderful.

SET OF THREE HANDMADE GREETING CARDS

Store bought cards are perfect –each one is EXACTLY like the next. Not only are they perfect but lately they are perfectly expensive.
Shortly after receiving them – they are often recycled with the trash.

Handmade cards are not perfect – they are UNIQUE! Each one differs from the next. And, what is even better – they cost less than store bought ones!
Shortly after receiving them – they are often recycled as framed art objects.

This set of three cards can be used for many occasions. You choose. Inside pages are blank to allow for your own message.

1st card is a collage that depicts 18th century lovers. Title “THE MUSIC OF LOVE WILL LAST FOREVER”
2nd card is titled: “SKIP TO MY LOU” and is made of fabric pieces glued to form the picture.
3rd card “BIRD ON TREE” is a mixed media creation. Fabric is stitched to the card which is preprinted front and back with computer graphics.

Approximate size of each is 5.25 x 8.25 inches. All envelopes are white and have a picture of the matching card.

The Gray Wolves, a group which includes the Arctic wolf, their Scientific name is Canus Lupus which means that they are related to dogs, because the word Canus is the scientific name for canine.
The Cree of Canada once called wolves Mah-eh-coon, and believed that when the Northern lights shone, heavenly wolves would visit the earth.

I hate to mention this – but here in Canada – even in summertime we know that winter is only hiding.

TWIRLY SKIRT AND TOP FOR TODDLER

Entirely made of KNIT the “comfort cloth”.
Knit is the reason we all love tee shirts.
Created in the prettiest, most delicate shades of lilac/lavender accented with orange to please the heart of any little special princess. That special little one will love to spin and sparkle in her twirly skirt.

You can almost smell the flowers.

All fabrics are machine washed and dried before cutting to prevent shrinkage. Stabilizer, used to back the machine embroidered design on the cute top, is of the kind which will disintegrate and disappear with the first laundering.
Note the scalloped edges on the skirt design! This skirt will be a hit with any little girl who loves to twirl around to watch her skirt flare out.

Please measure child before ordering.
This outfit is for a Size 3 (NOT AN AGE 3).
Approximate measurements:
Length of Skirt, waist to hem 10 inches
Width of waist is 20 ½ inches. Elastic can still be adjusted up or down an inch or so- please advise me if you wish this to be done.
Length of top, shoulder to hem 12 inches

This is a first in what I hope will be a series of children’s storybook/nursery rhyme quilts and throws. This is a must have for any little golden haired girl. It could begin as a crib blanket then progress to a favorite hug-a-bug. Of course it could start as a treasured wall hanging in a child’s theme room.

Goldilocks and three bears’ appliqués are machine created and hand sewn to the quilt. Goldies’ hair is free-wheeling and touchable.

The pre-quilted fabric is mostly white with pink accents and is 100 percent cotton – wash accordingly. Edging is pink with white accents and is the un-quilted match to the reverse fabric.

Approximate size is 24 x 46 inches.

SIMPLY STUNNING SUDOKU QUILT

This led me to design a quilt with the same features. Each color represents a number, and can only be found once in every line up and across, and only once in each nine section square.
The subtle colors of green and pink have been carefully chosen to compliment yet contrast with each other.
This Art Quilt measures approximately 35 x 35 inches and can be displayed on the wall via the attached hanging placket or used as a lap quilt.

This is quite the cutest crib quilt I’ve ever made!

It’s “pretty in pink” to suit any room made for a little princess.

Definitely a “HIT OF THE BABY SHOWER” gift;

The characters are machine appliquéd then quilted through all three layers. It’s made of cotton so I would advise washing in cold water, although when these quilts shrink they achieve that beautiful puckered look that is so desired.

It measures approximately: 37 inches by 39 inches and is filled with polyester batting.

HERE I GO AGAIN!!!
My sewing room is threatening to explode! I must reduce my stash of fabrics although I’m having trouble parting with “my stuff”.
This is another quality screen printed vintage fabric by MARGIN DESIGNS U.S.A.. Originally this had to have sold for approx. $15.00 per yard, WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE THIS PIECE WORTH $30.00!!!
I’M SELLING IT FOR LESS THAN $4.50 PER YARD!
Note that it is protected by DuPont Teflon soil and stain repellent.
The colors are the beautifully muted shades of peachy/pinks and gray. The oversized vibrant flowers just call out to be worked with.
It is a good sturdy 54 inch wide fabric that would make excellent Tote bags or why not frame a piece and display it! Or perhaps as a decorating “piece d’resistance” why not cover a chair or make cushion covers?

A further reduction in my stash. I’m desperately trying to make room in my sewing studio. Get a head start on your Christmas sewing!!
This V.I.P fabric appears to be a cotton weave, designed by Joan Messmore and made by Cranston Print Works. The colors are muted burgundy, green and beige in a beautiful patchwork Christmas design of bows, poinsettias and holly leaves.
There are so many things that could be made with this fabric. How about a tree skirt? A set of stunning table place mats to capture the holiday spirit? Or even, a table centre? You can probably think of many more applications.
This fabric sells for MUCH, MUCH MORE at retail so it is a real BARGOON at $3.00 for the piece. That’s less than $2 per yard!!!!!! Even with the shipping it’s still less than retail and it comes straight to your door.

i've given up making cushions because they cost so much to ship. This is the last one in my stock - this was selling for $40. so I'm reducing it big time to $8. That way it's still a bargain even with the shipping.
Size 18 x 12 inches makes this a handy little cushion to place in the small of an aching back, it also looks great just sitting there on a chair.

It’s made of striped blue velveteen with a quilted and fringed blue and gold design insert. It has a sturdy rolled edge.

Right on time for your Christmas planning- a gorgeous harlequin stocking to fill with precious goodies and hang on your mantle.
This stocking would make a great decorative item or I’ve even heard it could be used as a gift bag for a bottle of wine. What an idea that is!
Measures approx. 14 inches from top to heel and 12 inches from heel to toe. Circumferences is approximately 12 inches.
Made of dark green velvet and sparkling silver and trimmed with sequins and silver baubles it takes it just a bit beyond the ordinary. Be sure to notice the painted silver snowflakes that are occasionally sprinkled throughout. The lining is in a traditional red and green Christmas pattern.
