Bee Gear Necklace

This necklace is a unique original! Assembling together several strange items, we now have a design perfect for a bee-keeper, steampunk, or just someone who loves either gears or bees!

I made the bee pendant by combining a copper pendant base, a reflective lens, a metallic bee, some watch gears, and an antique clock gear. The necklace itself is also copper, with orange and amber-toned beads, as well two more copper bees to finish off the beads on either side.

The lens reflects a pinkish hue when viewed from head-on, but changes colors depending on the angle it's viewed from.

The necklace itself is 18" long, with a lobster clasp. It can be worn at any length, longer, or in a choker style (which can be seen in the images).

A Victorian-looking mixed media piece Inspired by Through the Looking glass, and the repetition of the card suit themes.

The collage and mixed media piece is attached to a dark wooden plaque that I bought at a thrift store. It also has metal hanging materials attached to the top, keeping with the aged look of the piece. This also means it's ready to hang on the wall as soon as you get it. It is also very good at leaning.

Made of papier mache, these are super lightweight, and very easy to paint or decoupage. Combine with other papier mache to make anything you want! As long as it has wings.

The only reason I'm getting rid of these is because I'm cleaning out my studio - there's nothing wrong with them, I'm just out of room!
