I am discontinuing this particular design from both Etsy and my craft show inventory. The regular price was $34, and is currently marked down by 20%.

This "kanji", or chinese character, symbolizes the Japanese word "Seimei," meaning "Life." It is created from a total of 137 silver foil origami cranes, each measuring just an inch tall. The character is mounted on a background of black velvet. It measures 8 inches (approximately 20.3 cm) by 10 inches (approximately 25.4 cm)

The character is also available in gold, please check my other listings or contact me.

I am offering some of my works unframed to give my customers an option to choose their own frame, locally, since the black lacquer frame I normally would place this in may or may not match everyone's decor. It is also a less expensive alternative when it comes to shipping, due to the reduction in weight (not to mention the elimination of the very fragile glass.)

This is another ribbon I purchased some time ago, which was to be used on Christmas items that I am no longer planning to offer.

It is 10-yard (9.144m) long roll of Tri-Mar brand ribbon. It is 1-1/2 inches(38mm) wide. On the red background, there is a pattern of holly leaves and berries, all outlined with gold glitter. There is no listed material content.

ACEO Shadowbox Framing Upgrade -- Black lacquer

This is the option to upgrade any unframed ACEO in my shop into a framed piece. ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals, and are a standard 2.5 inches (6.35 cm) by 3.5 inches (8.89cm).

The frame is handmade by me from douglas fir, and measures 3.5 inches (8.89 cm) by 4.5 inches (11.43 cm) and is 1.5 inches (3.81 cm) deep. Includes the glass. This particular frame is painted a black lacquer color, other colors as well as stained-only options will be available soon, please check my other listings or contact me.

These frames are sized specifically to work with my origami pieces, and may or may not work for other artwork. Please contact me if you have any questions. The last 3 photos of this listing are meant to give you an idea of what some of the origami looks like in this particular frame.

Origami Crane Rose Bridal Bouquet, -- Blue, Purple and Turquoise

This bouquet is made up of a total of 18 roses, in a combination of three "foil" colors -- blue, purple, and turquoise. Each rose is made from 14 cranes. Small silver cranes fly as "fillers" among the flowers, bringing the grand total of cranes in this bouquet to 265. The ribbon used to tie the "stems" is a white gauze edged with white satin and a silver trim (Click on the last picture to see in detail.) Overall height of the bouquet is approximately 12 inches (30.4 cm) and at the widest point is about 7 inches (17.78 cm) across.

Though I do my best to make the bouquet as durable as possible, due to the materials used, it may not hold up very well if tossed, and is therefore more suitable as a keepsake of your wedding day.

This humpback whale is made from 255 silver foil origami cranes, with an "eye" made from a 5mm acrylic rhinestone. It is mounted on a crushed velveteen background of slightly varying shades of blue that measures8 inches (20.3 cm) by 10 inches (25.4 cm). The 2.5 inch (6.35 cm) deep shadowbox frame was also handmade by me, and is painted a glossy black lacquer. The overall size is 9 inches (22.5 cm) by 11 inches (27.5 cm).

Egg shaped Christmas ornament, made from gold and silver foil origami cranes in alternating columns. Two open gold cranes perch atop the ornament near the silver ribbon used for hanging. There are a total of 91 cranes in all. A crystal(silver) acrylic rhinestone rests at the center of the base of the egg. The entire ornament was built over a foam core and measures nearly 6 inches(approx 15 cm) tall.

The first two photographs show the entire ornament. The rest of the photos are detail shots of the layers of cranes, the open cranes at the top, and the rhinestone base. Care and storage tips are packaged with every ornament.

Small Red Foil Origami Crane Rose -- Boxed

This is the smaller of the two "rose" sizes I make. It is made from red foil origami cranes, with green foil cranes as "leaves." There are a total of 19 cranes in the rose, plus two additional "open" gold foil cranes as "filler." The "bud" is about 2-3/4 inches (6.95cm) long and approximately 1-1/4 inches (3.175cm) wide, the complete rose is just under 19 inches (48.26cm) long. It is enclosed in a clear plastic box that measures 20 inches(50.8cm) long by 2-3/4 inches (6.985cm) wide and approximately 2-3/8 inches (6.032cm) deep.

This would make a perfect gift for any occasion, including school concerts,recitals, etc. It can also be taken out of the box and added to arrangements -- just snip the wire stem to the desired length.

This piece uses 2 different sizes of cranes, 1-inch(2.5cm) and 1-1/2 inches(3.75cm) high, all in gold foil. There are a total of 177 origami cranes mounted on dark green velvet to create a trio of bamboo. Overall, it measures 8 inches (approximately 20.3 cm) by 10 inches (approximately 25.4 cm)

The first photo shows the entire image, with the other photo being a close-up detail shot of the layers of cranes used to create a more 3-dimensional rather than flat effect.

Imagine a flock of 5 turquoise foil cranes "flying" through the branches of your Christmas tree . . . Each one has been embellished with a 6mm round Swarovski "Crystal AB" bead at the base, and is already secured with a silver ribbon for hanging. They are also great to have on hand whenever you need a little gift to give someone... or to dress up a gift-wrapped package.

Cranes will be sent to you folded flat (see final picture) with instructions on how to open it for display.

Each crane measures about 5 inches (approx. 12.7 cm) from wingtip to wingtip; about 3 inches (approximately 7.5 cm) from the bottom of the crystal to the top tip of the tail. It is about 2 inches (5cm) front to back.

Although I do my best to make sure that the crystal is secure, never underestimate the power of a determined child! The crystal bead is a potential choking hazard if it should be pulled free and Swarovski is made with lead (level of lead is not considered dangerous for normal handling, only if ingested.) For these reasons, I do not recommend this ornament for a household with very small children.

Red Origami Crane Rose Boutonniere

This boutonniere contains three red roses. Each contains 14 foil origami cranes and is nearly 1-1/2 inches (3.81 cm) across and 3 inches (7.62 cm) high from base of "blossom" to tip. Three green foil cranes form "leaves" that are the background of the boutonniere, and two small gold foil cranes serve as "filler." There is a total of 47 cranes.

The "stems" that are wrapped in red satin ribbon. Because they are made with wire, they can be difficult to secure using corsage pins, so a magnetic corsage holder is used (see last photo). This piece is therefore not recommended to be worn by anyone with a pacemaker.

This boutonniere is made to match the red bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, and is suitable for either the groom or the groomsmen. It can also be used for prom or any other formal event where flowers are expected to be worn.

The overall size of the boutonniere is 7 inches (17.78 cm) long, 3-3/4 inches (9.525 cm) wide, and 2-1/4 inches (5.715 cm) thick.

My interpretation of an octopus is made of 2 different sizes of gold foil origami cranes. 107 extra small cranes make up the tentacles, and 38 small cranes are contained in the body, for a total of 145 cranes. The "eye" is made from a 7mm emerald green, acrylic rhinestone.

Origami Crane Sunflowers -- Trio

Each sunflower is made with a total of 55 origami cranes. It measures about 19 inches(48.26 cm) tall, and is about 6-3/4 inches(17.145cm) wide. The leaves of the stem are each about 2 inches(5.08cm) tall. From one tip of a leaf to the other is about 9 inches(22.86cm)

This is a set of 3 sunflowers.

"Honu" is the Hawaiian word for sea turtle. It is frequently represented in both art and jewelry. This honu is made from a total of 117 origami cranes, each measuring about 1.5 inches (3.75 cm) tall, and is mounted on a crushed velveteen background of multiple shades of blue. It comes in a handmade shadow box picture frame that is 2.5 inch (6.35 cm) deep . This is a two rose corsage attached to a cuff style bracelet. Each rose is made from a total of 14 origami cranes. Three small gold foil cranes fill in the spaces between and on the side of the roses. Six green foil cranes, three on each side, form "leaves" branching from either side. Total number of origami cranes in this piece totals 37. There are 2 bows, one under each "branch" of "leaves" made from wired red chiffon ribbon.

The bracelet has a flexible plastic base wrapped in red satin ribbon, and is 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) wide. The inside circumference is 5 inches (12.7 cm), but the cuff can flex open to fit a larger sized wrist. The arrangement rises about 4 inches (10.16 cm) above the wrist.

This would also work as a corsage for any prom or formal event.

Mulberry tissue paper in navy blue for the petals was cut down to size and folded into cranes. Forest green mulberry tissue was used for the leaves. There are a total of 19 cranes in each carnation. Twelve stems of carnations, all the same color, though there are some variations in the shade of blue.

This boutonniere is made to match the "blue, purple, and turquoise" bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, and is suitable for either the groom or the groomsmen. It can also be used for prom or any other formal event where flowers are expected to be worn.

The boutonniere contains three roses, one of each color. Each contains 14 foil origami cranes and is nearly 1-1/2 inches (3.81 cm) across and 3 inches (7.62 cm) high from base of "blossom" to tip. Three green foil cranes form "leaves" that are the background of the boutonniere, and two small silver foil cranes serve as "filler." There is a total of 47 cranes.

The "stems" that are wrapped in royal blue satin ribbon. Because they are made with wire, they can be difficult to secure using corsage pins, so a magnetic corsage holder is used (see last photo), and is therefore not recommended to be worn by anyone with a pacemaker.

The overall size of the boutonniere is 7 inches (17.78 cm) long, 3-3/4 inches (9.525 cm) wide, and 2-1/4 inches (5.715 cm) thick

Imagine a flock of 5 blue foil cranes "flying" through the branches of your Christmas tree . . . Each one has been embellished with a 6mm round Swarovski "Crystal AB" bead at the base, and is already secured with a silver ribbon for hanging. Cranes will be sent to you folded flat (see final picture) with instructions on how to open it for display.

Each crane measures about 5 inches (approx. 12.7 cm) from wingtip to wingtip; about 3 inches (approximately 7.5 cm) from the bottom of the crystal to the top tip of the tail. It is about 2 inches (5cm) front to back.

Shadowbox Framing Upgrade for 8x10 Origami Art -- Golden Oak

This is the option to upgrade any unframed 8x10 piece of art in my shop into a framed piece.

The frame is handmade by me from douglas fir, and measures 9 inches (22.5 cm) by 11 inches (27.5 cm) and is 1.75 inches (4.445 cm) deep. Includes the glass. Matboard spacers separate the glass from the acid-free foam board which is used for backing. If purchasing this for a piece that is not from my shop, please specify which color board you would like, black or white. At the moment I only have black or cream matboard colors available for the spacers, however, if you have a particular color you would like, in order to match your artwork, please contact me and I will let you know if I can get it for you.

This particular frame is stained using a "golden oak" shade and is finished with a clear coat of semi-gloss polyurethane.

Imagine a flock of 5 gold foil cranes "flying" through the branches of your Christmas tree . . . Each one has been embellished with a 6mm round Swarovski "Crystal AB" bead at the base, and is already secured with a gold ribbon for hanging. Cranes will be sent to you folded flat (see final picture) with instructions on how to open it for display.

Each crane measures about 5 inches (approx. 12.7 cm) from wingtip to wingtip; about 3 inches (approximately 7.5 cm) from the bottom of the crystal to the top tip of the tail. It is about 2 inches (5cm) front to back.

This is the matching bridesmaid's bouquet for the "Midori" bridal bouquet. It contains 6 roses, each made from 10 origami cranes, using 2 different shades of green. Each rose is nearly 2 inches (5.08cm) across and 4 inches (10.16cm) high from base of "blossom" to tip. The overall size of this bouquet is about 4-1/2 inches (11.43cm) wide and 19.5 inches (49.53cm) tall. Small pearl white cranes fly as fillers, bringing the total number of cranes in the bouquet up to 63. It is tied with a white satin bow.

Origami Crane Lily -- Yellow, Single Stem

I began experimenting with this design a year ago, as I wanted a different type of flower to add into the wedding bouquets that I do.

The stem of the lily is made from wire wrapped with floral tape. I twisted three lengths of green wire around the top of the stem to support the small brown cranes I used to represent the stamens. The 6 petals, made from 2 different sized cranes, were attached to the stem around that, and I used 4 green cranes to represent the leaves around the base of the blossom. There are a total of 19 cranes.

The lily measures approximately 11-3/4 inches (29.845 cm), and is about 5 inches (12.7 cm) at its widest section. The stem is flexible enough to bend to mimic the curve sometimes found on lilies, and can be cut to any desired length using a wire cutter.

Octopus -- Origami Crane Art Unframed -- 8x10

My interpretation of an octopus is made of 2 different sizes of silver foil origami cranes. 107 extra small cranes make up the tentacles, and 38 small cranes are contained in the body, for a total of 145 cranes. The "eye" is made from a 9mm emerald green, acrylic rhinestone.

The octopus is mounted on a background of crushed velvet in varying shade of blue. It measures 8 inches (approximately 20.3 cm) by 10 inches (approximately 25.4 cm).

I am offering some of my works unframed to give my customers an option to choose their own frame, locally, since the black lacquer frame I normally would place this in may or may not match everyone's decor. It is also a less expensive alternative when it comes to shipping, due to the reduction in weight (not to mention the elimination of the very fragile glass.)

Origami Crane Rose Boutonniere -- Blue with Yellow

This boutonniere is made to match the Blue with Yellow bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, and is suitable for either the groom or the groomsmen. It can also be used for prom or any other formal event where flowers are expected to be worn.

The boutonniere contains two roses, each contains 10 origami cranes and is nearly 2 inches (5.08cm) across and 4 inches (10.16cm) high from base of "blossom" to tip. Three green cranes form "leaves" that are the background of the boutonniere, and two small yellow cranes serve as "filler." There is a total of 25 cranes.

The "stems" that are wrapped in royal blue satin ribbon. Because they are made with wire, they can be difficult to secure using corsage pins, so a magnetic corsage holder is used (see last photo), and is therefore not recommended to be worn by anyone with a pacemaker.

It is 8-1/2 inches (approximately 21.59 cm) long and 6-1/4 inches (approximately 15.875 cm) at the widest point.

White Carnations -- Origami Cranes -- Half Dozen

I used mulberry tissue paper in white for the petals, cut down to size and folded into cranes. Forest green mulberry tissue was used for the leaves. There are a total of 19 cranes in each carnation. Six stems of carnations, all the same color, are included in this listing.

The top measures approximately 1-1/2 inches (3.81cm) wide. It is about 18 inches (45.72 cm) long.

Large Origami Crane Rose -- Yellow with Butterfly Print

This "rose" is made from a light mustard yellow paper with a subtle butterfly print. The "leaves" are a matte green. There are a total of 15 cranes in the rose, plus two additional "open" (pearl)white cranes as "filler." The "bud" is just over 4 inches (10cm) long and approximately 1-3/4 inches (4.45cm) wide, the complete rose is 19-1/2 inches (49.53cm) long. It is enclosed in a clear plastic box that measures 25 inches(63.5cm) long by 3 inches (7.5cm) wide and approximately 2-3/4 inches (6.985cm) deep.

This would make a perfect gift for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or "just because." It can also be added to arrangements -- just snip the wire stem to the desired length.

On most of my printed paper roses, the paper was purchased in a variety pack that may or may not still be available -- as the assortments often change. This bouquet was inspired by the colors of the tropical ocean, the deep blue of the depths, the turquoise of the shallows, the occasional silver of the wake of a dolphin, and the lime green sometimes found in the seaweed. There are a total of 18 roses, each made from 14 cranes. Small silver cranes fly as "fillers", bringing the grand total of cranes in this bouquet to 263. The "stems" are wrapped with a royal blue satin ribbon and tied with a matching bow. Overall height of the bouquet is approximately 14 inches (35.56 cm) and the width is about 7 inches (17.78 cm).

This item was also inspired by the Creative Challenge #44 in the Etsy forums.

Though I do my best to make the bouquet as durable as possible, due to the materials used, it may not hold up very well if tossed, and is therefore more suitable as a keepsake of your wedding day.

This "kanji", or Chinese character, symbolizes the Japanese word "Chikara," meaning "Strength." It is created from 23 silver foil origami cranes, each measuring just an inch tall, and is mounted on a black velvet background.

It is the standard ACEO size of 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches (approximately 6.35cm x 8.89cm), but it is not flat, and may be best suited to a shadowbox display rather than a plastic sleeve. ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals, and are essentially artist trading cards that are offered for sale instead of for trading.

This is not a one of a kind piece, but each will have slight differences in the placement/shape of the elements as I don't work from patterns. It is signed and dated on the back.

Large Origami Crane Egg Ornament -- Blue and Gold Foil

This egg shaped ornament is made up of alternating columns of origami cranes, in both blue and silver foil papers, built up over a styrofoam core. Two additional silver cranes, open in flight position, perch near the gold ribbon. There are a total of 91 cranes in all. A crystal(silver) acrylic rhinestone rests at the center of the base of the egg. The entire ornament measures nearly 6 inches(approx 15 cm) tall.

The first photograph shows the entire ornament. The rest show details of the layers of cranes, the open cranes at the top, and the rhinestone base.

This is the smaller of the two "rose" sizes I make. It is made from blue foil origami cranes, with green foil cranes as "leaves." There are a total of 19 cranes in the rose, plus two additional "open" silver foil cranes as "filler." The "bud" is about 2-3/4 inches (6.95cm) long and approximately 1-1/4 inches (3.175cm) wide, the complete rose is just under 19 inches (48.26cm) long. It is enclosed in a clear plastic box that measures 20 inches(50.8cm) long by 2-3/4 inches (6.985cm) wide and approximately 2-3/8 inches (6.032cm) deep.

This would make a perfect gift for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or just because. It can also be taken out of the box and added to arrangements -- just snip the wire stem to the desired length.

Each ornament in this set is made from a trio of pink foil origami cranes, separated by a mix of 4 mm silver Czech Fire-Polished, Half-Metallic glass beads and acrylic pearls. A single glass bead is the base of the ornament. Dragon -- Origami Crane Framed Art

This is my personal interpretation of an Asian dragon. The head and horns of the dragon are made from 86 gold foil origami cranes folded from the 2-inch paper. The mane, beard, and ridge along the back was made from 58 of the same size cranes, but in red foil instead of gold. The neck and body are made from 65 larger gold foil cranes folded from out of 3-inch paper. The total number of cranes in this dragon is 209.

His eye is made from a 7mm red acrylic rhinestone. If you would like to see this dragon done in other color combinations, please contact me and I will be happy to create a custom design for you. Just keep in mind that not all colors may be available.

The dragon is mounted on a black velvet background that measures 8 inches (approximately 20.3 cm) by 10 inches (approximately 25.4 cm). It is enclosed in a 1.5 inch (approx 3.75 cm) deep shadowbox frame which was also handmade by me, and is painted a glossy black lacquer. The overall size is 9 inches (22.5 cm) by 11 inches (27.5 cm).

The final photo shows the dragon without the frame.

Midori -- Origami Crane Rose Bridal Bouquet

"Midori" is the Japanese word for "green" or "spring" and it was the inspiration behind this color combination -- two different shades of green that I found while trying to search for "honeydew."

This bouquet contains a dozen roses, each made from 10 origami cranes. Each rose is nearly 2 inches (5.08cm) across and 4 inches (10.16cm) high from base of "blossom" to tip. The overall size of this bouquet is 9 inches (22.86cm) wide and 19.5 inches (49.53cm) tall. Small pearl white cranes fly as fillers, bringing the total number of cranes in the bouquet up to 129. It is tied with a white satin bow.

Although this is one of the sturdiest bouquets I make, it is still not recommended for the tossing ceremony, and is meant to be a keepsake of your special day.

This "kanji", or chinese character, symbolizes the Japanese word "Haha," meaning mother. It is created from a total of 101 gold foil origami cranes, each measuring approximately 1-1/2 inches (3.81 cm) tall. The character is mounted on a background of black velvet. The marlin is mounted on a crushed velveteen background of multiple shades of blue that measures 8 inches (20.3 cm) by 10 inches (25.4 cm), it is enclosed in a 2.5 inch (6.35 cm) deep shadowbox frame which was also handmade by me, and is painted a glossy black lacquer. This egg shaped ornament is made up of alternating columns of origami cranes, in both purple and silver foil papers, built up over a styrofoam core. Two additional purple cranes, open in flight position, perch near the silver ribbon. There are a total of 91 cranes in all. A purple acrylic rhinestone rests at the center of the base of the egg. The entire ornament measures nearly 6 inches(approx 15 cm) tall.

This little dolphin pokes his head up through the waves to say "hello," or maybe he just wants his picture taken!

The dolphin is made from 40 silver foil origami cranes; his eye is a 7mm blue acrylic rhinestone. The waves are made from a mix of blue foil and turquoise foil origami cranes, bringing the total number of cranes in the piece to 51. It is mounted on a background of dark blue velvet.

Set of 10 Origami Crane and Crystal Ornaments -- Red

Imagine a flock of 10 red foil cranes "flying" through the branches of your Christmas tree . . . Each one has been embellished with a 6mm round Swarovski "Crystal AB" bead at the base, and is already secured with a gold ribbon for hanging. Cranes will be sent to you folded flat (see final picture) with instructions on how to open it for display.

These cranes can also be used to embellish gifts -- just tie them on to the bow.

Each crane measures about 5 inches (approx. 12.7 cm) from wingtip to wingtip; about 3 inches (approximately 7.5 cm) from the bottom of the crystal to the top tip of the tail. It is about 2 inches (5cm) front to back.

This "kanji", or chinese character, symbolizes the Japanese word "Yume," meaning "dream." It is created from a total of 171 gold foil origami cranes, each measuring just an inch tall. Blue Carnations -- Origami Cranes -- Half Dozen

I used mulberry tissue paper in navy blue for the petals, cut down to size and folded into cranes. Forest green mulberry tissue was used for the leaves. There are a total of 19 cranes in each carnation. Six stems of carnations, all the same color, are included in this listing.

The top measures approximately 1-1/2 inches (3.81cm) wide. It is about 18 inches (45.72 cm) long.

A Little Mouse for the Year of the Rat -- Origami Crane Art ACEO

Happy New Year! It's now the Year of the Ox, and I am clearing out the last of my Year of the Rat items so I don't have to store them away for 12 years. The regular price of this piece was $17 it is now discounted 20%

Ahh, the limits of the ACEO (Art Cards, Editions and Originals) format! 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches (approximately 6.35cm x 8.89cm). When I first sketched out this design, I intended to add the date next to the mouse -- since 2008 is the Year of the Rat in the Chinese Animal Zodiac. But when I completed the mouse, I realized there was no extra room.

The mouse is shown in profile, with a 7mm blue acrylic rhinestone for his eye. The eye color can be changed upon request. At the thickest section, it is nearly 1 inch (2.5 cm) high from the black velvet background, and therefore would probably be best suited for a shadowbox display rather than being kept in the plastic sleeves many ACEO collectors use. It contains a total of 29 silver foil origami cranes.

This piece is signed and dated on the back.

Pastel Spring Bridal Bouquet

This bouquet contains a dozen roses, each made from 10 origami cranes. The cranes for the blossoms were folded out of printed paper (see pic. 4), and small pearl white cranes fly as fillers, bringing the total number of cranes in the bouquet up to 131. The stems are wrapped in white satin ribbon with a matching bow.

You may chose any of the colors shown and I can make a custom combination for you, just contact me, if you want a preview (which I can e-mail to you), or simply specify your choice in the note to seller upon checkout. Up to 4 colors for the bride's bouquet, and up to 3 colors for the bridesmaid's.

Although this is one of the sturdiest bouquets I make, it is still not recommended for the tossing ceremony, and is meant to be a keepsake of your special day.

This "rose" is made from red foil origami cranes, with green foil cranes as "leaves." There are a total of 19 cranes in the rose, plus two additional "open" (pearl)white cranes as "filler." Each ornament in this set is made from a trio of lime green foil origami cranes, separated by a mix of 4 mm gold Czech Fire-Polished, Half-Metallic glass beads and acrylic pearls. A single glass bead is the base of the ornament. Each crane has a wingspan of approximately 2 inches (5cm) when open, and the ornament measures just over 3 inches(7.5cm)from the top of the tail of the first crane, down to the bead base. Koi, Red and Gold -- Origami Crane Framed Art

"Koi" is the Japanese word for the ornamental carp fish often found in garden fishponds. It is also one of the symbols of the annual Boy's Day Festival -- families would fly one carp flag for each son in their household. It is made from 119 gold and red foil origami cranes, patterned to mimic the markings that can be found on the fish. The koi is mounted on a mixed blues crushed velvet background that measures 8 inches (20.3 cm) by 10 inches (25.4 cm). The 2.5 inch (6.35 cm) deep shadowbox frame was also handmade by me, and is painted a glossy black lacquer. The overall size is 9 inches (22.5 cm) by 11 inches (27.5 cm).

The first 2photos shown were taken with the frame, the rest were taken of the koi before it was placed in the frame.
