I have been creating one-of-a-kind jewelry items from gemstones, vintage glass, found objects, sterling, fine silver, gold and brass for almost 20 years. Along with my Etsy shop, I have a brick and mortar store that I call Studio C Jewelry & Gifts located on Harford Road in the northeast section of Baltimore City. The shop contains three times the amount of jewelry that I have on Esty, and often I'll upload an item to Etsy that I'll sell in the store, which of course means I have to quickly delete the item off Etsy. Since I do create one-of-a-kind items and there's a chance (it has happened) that I should sell something simultaneously, I will either make you another (if I have the components) or refund the full amount to the Etsy purchaser.
