New! Roving! So exciting. Last spring/summer when I did my Senior Project, I spent six weeks just spinning and dyeing and knitting, all for school! The family that gave me the fleece I was working with also gave me three whole extra fleeces, which I sent off this past winter to a mill. Now I've got 14 lbs of fun, fuzzy, soft, spin-able roving, and can't possibly do it all myself!
I'm really excited about this roving, and it should make for a fun summer of spinning.
Keep checking back! I'm dyeing one bump at a time, so I end up with four or five 4oz roving balls all the same color. Fun fun fun.

Hello and welcome! SpaceCat yarn, fiber, and sparkly things is up and running.
I'm a student, home for the summer, and working full time. But that means I've got weekends free, so I pulled out the dye pots again and started playing with a huge shipment of ROVING.
To keep things fun and random and interesting, I'm just dyeing whatever I feel like and experimenting with some potentially more permanent colorways. If you see something you like, go for it, because it might not appear again!
