I try to ship orders out within 3 business days of receiving payment (but I do sometimes get a little behind). If you pay by e-check or check, I will wait until the check clears before shipping. E-checks take about a week to clear.
I am starting to offer my patterns as pdf downloads! The pdf file will be e-mailed to you as soon as your payment clears. Patterns are not refundable or returnable. Thanks!
