Pillows: Pillows are the cheapest way to change your decor, and often the boldest. Each one is like adding a painting, abstract or otherwise, to your sitting areas. Quality pillows do look much different than cheaper, mass-produced ones, and you're less likely to get tired of them over time. They have better texture, better stuffing and are made with better fabrics. Our pillows have the same fabric both sides (unless noted) which we think is is key to a pillow's appearance. Ouno Design is an artisanal design studio in the Pacific Northwest, made up of two designers who produce deluxe fashion and decor accessories from salvaged, recycled (and occasionally new sustainable) materials. We're part of the new wave of "westcoast modernism" (also known as "warm" or "soft" modernism) and our emphasis is on the best of midcentury modern, 60s and 70s, especially Scandinavian and Japanese textile design. Everything we produce is 100% handmade by the two of us.
