Welcome to the NEW Beauty in the Beads Candle and Tart Shoppe! Due to vision problems beyond my control, I can no longer continue beadweaving. It has been a pleasure beading for you all and I truly hope that you enjoy the items you purchased from me. I hope you will all bear with me will I make the transition from beads to candles and warming tarts. The eye strain is far less than with beadwork.
The Soy Candles I make are pure Soy and have no petroleum by-products in them (like paraffin candles do). The essential fragrance oils I use are pure and uncut and I use the maximum amount allowable and use triple scent fragrances. If you have a favorite scent, please let me know. Also, if you would prefer a different size, we can do that too. I can also mix and match tart scents to your liking.
I need to tell you a few facts regarding Soy Wax candles and Tarts.... Some Soy wax has a tendency to "Frost". There is nothing wrong with the candle. This happens if the wax has been poured at the wrong temperature. Also, there are times when the Soy Wax will look as if there are "wet spots" along the inside of the glass. This happens if the jars are too cool when the wax is poured into them. They are not truly wet spots, it is an optical illussion. It is actually an area where the wax didn't adhere to the glass. As the wax melts, both of the above problems are taken care of. The "frost" as well as the "wet spots" disappear. At this time, I believe I have finally found a perfect Soy wax that takes care of both problems.
