Riverside, California native Kerre Reese has been living in the Bay Area for 18 years. The past 10 have been in Martinez. Kerre has been a working artist in several mediums for more than 25 years. She is currently painting a 27 x 8 ft Trompe L’oeil mural of a Tuscan countryside in acrylic. On a smaller scale, she also paints with watercolors on paper and making a glass bead and mirror, one-of-a-kind sun catcher/wind chime combination she calls SunChimes. Several of her SunChimes can be found at the Riverside Art Museum gift shop. You might also find her crocheting or mixing her own herbal bath stuffs. Kerre has studied several seasons with Bay Area Watercolorist Casey Rasmussen-White. Kerre’s watercolor works have been on display at Pleasant Hill Borders Books and Music, Shakey Hand Gallery in Martinez, at the Riverside Art Museum’s 2nd, 3rd, 4th &5th annual “Off The Wall” exhibit and Riverside Art Museum’s Members Show MMVII. Currently she had her work on display at Martinez City Hall and at The mARTinez GALLERY. Kerre is Vice President of the Martinez Arts Association and a member of the Riverside Art Museum.
