Even though I've only listed the US for shipping to, if you live elsewhere and would like me to ship to you, please email me! I will get a quote from the USPost Office and update the item as appropriate.
Having said that, there are places in the world I will not ship to, as it just isn't worth the heartache. So if I tell you no, I won't ship to "x" country, it's because there has been a long history of difficulties with that country's postal and customs service.
