welcome to chinny chin chin! for my spring collection i channeled the strong housewives of yesteryear and their brightly flowered linens. i wanted to revive a festive, blooming color scheme, while paring down the lines and structure of the pieces. i love how the fabric mined from thrift stores can be deconstructed and then transformed into new, innovative pieces. I like to think of using thrifted linens as a way of adding a 'layer of existence' to pieces of clothing, making them unique and special. i hope you enjoy these one-of-a-kind children's clothes and accessories knowing that i sure enjoyed making them!
