Most of the peyote cuffs can be adjusted to fit your wrist. The ideal length is 1/2" longer than the length around your wrist. Let me know with your order if any adjustments are needed. I enjoy making custom orders so if you see something sold or an item in my shop but need a different size - convo or email me.
