Feistywoman Designs offers handspun yarns, knitting patterns designed for handspun yarns, and selected spinning fibers. I have always loved color and am drawn to it like a moth to the light. I am at my best when in the outdoors enjoying the peace and natural rhythms around me. From these two touchstones I draw the inspiration for my fiber, yarns and finished pieces. There is no better colorist than Mother Nature and I am frequently humbled when I look closely at a flower and see the many variations and combinations of color.
