On May 15, 2009, I started making all my TOG Molds, all styles with a unique new design to the mold, and even more importantly, a revolutionary new TOG Uniliner System like nothing you have ever seen! My TOG Uniliner 1/4" thick EVA foam liners now have a super slick, super hard finish on the inside of the liner! In a UNIQUE process we have now perfected, heat, pressure, and food grade silicone, all come together to make this new material the perfect liner for my TOG Molds! Combine this new processing method of the one piece 1/4" thick EVA foam, along with a new silicone based adhesive to bond the sides and ends to the bottom of the liner, you get a hard, slick inside. Your soap will easily slip out the liner. The adhesive we have discovered recently, will not, can not, turn your soap any strange colour, guaranteed! The inside of my TOG Uniliner now feels as hard and smooth as HDPE does, yet, flexable as silicone! This new UNIQUE process I have developed recently is revolutionary, it truly is. Easy clean up too. Simply rinse under warm water using a washcloth to clean the liner, let dry, and your ready to soap again.
