Hello, and welcome to Magic Pug's Etsy store. I have a whole mix of things here: digital collage supplies, graphic design, jewelry and sometimes vintage items.
I have been collecting paper ephemera and antique/vintage paper for a long time, and I have recently begun selling scans of the highlights of my collection. I feel strongly that the artwork I am scanning are treasures that should be shared with the world - one of my most cherished items comes from an antique French dictionary that has the most gorgeous engravings and beautiful color maps inside it.
Look regularly for new additions.
Some people have expressed concerns over my digital collage scans. All of Magic Pug's digital collage scans are from vintage and antique work that is in the public domain, where the copyright has either expired or no longer can be renewed (due to a long period of time elapsing since their first creation). Public domain works may be be freely used by the public - a mainstream purveyor of public domain works is Dover Books, which provides CD collections of clip art and reprints of antique books that would remain long out of print otherwise. (None of my scans are from Dover, I should note. They are all from my own collection).
I do not require any special licensing when using my scans, (you may use them for artwork or jewelry that you intend for resell, etc) I just ask that you do not resell my sheets themselves.
