**UPDATE****--Since joining ETSY I have been on a LOA from work. As of 01/07/2008 I have gone back to work. This will mean less time to spend on ETSY, but for sure I will be on in the evenings after work. My shipping policy is going to change now, before I would send things as they were ordered or close to it, now I am going to ship on Mondays after work and Thursdays after work. If you need something sooner, convo me and maybe I can arrange it.****UPDATE****
I will ship items with delivery confirmation whenever possible. If for some reason I am unable to get a delivery confirmation (like if it is a letter size item and not a package the post office doesn't do delivery confirmation unless you go priority) and the item doesn't get there, I will not issue any refunds as I can't afford to pay out refunds on items that I can't verify whether they've been received or not. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
