Welcome to Hot Dog Glass!! Glass..fused..dichroic..bails..anneal... 10 years ago these terms were all foreign to me...but now..(even though half the time I still can't spell them)...they are burned into my brain.
You see..I have a degree in photography...and I knew the SECOND I touched a camera at 16 what I wanted to study in college...that was a big gift..most people finish college still not knowing.
Anyway..how does this relate to glass? Well..I love light and how it reacts (naturally) so the next step in evolution was to figure out how to get my photography onto glass. I hooked...I went from one class...to a kiln and studio in my garage in 1 year. Each one of my pieces is thought out and designed before hand. They are all my babies..almost to a fault because sometimes I have a hard time parting with them.
Why should you buy one of them? Because I LOVE them and I can't count how many times I get a complement! If you want to be noticed..buy one and see for yourself.
Each necklace comes with either a 16” or 18” sterling silver chain..and if it has a bail..it is sterling silver as well. I have tested and retested my kiln until I found the perfect firing temps and then they are annealed perfectly with the digital controller! Enjoy!
