I ship all my jewelry using a bubble mailer to help ensure safe shipping. I also use delivery confirmation on all US jewelry orders. I mail out my bookmarks using a standard mailing envelope and recycled cardboard inserts to help protect it from being bent.
All the items in my shop come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item, return it in it's original condition and I will refund in full (minus shipping costs).
