People in Minnesota like to call casseroles "Hotdish." I don't know why, they just do. It always drives me crazy they call it that! My husband is born & raised in MN. I lived there for awhile (10 years or so), went to U of MN and moved to WA with him. I love to cook and work in my garden. I tend to make a mess because I am having fun so I need aprons to keep my clothes around longer.
