I make and embroider these luggage ID handle wraps myself. I work FT as a flight attendant at a major airline and have gone through many prototypes before deciding on fabric type, size, etc.
They are made with 1000D Cordura nylon fabric and secured with a hook and loop closure (similar to velcro). They measure 4.5-5 inches across and 5.5-6 inches long.
