Online readings require an uninterrupted block of time; while I try to get to it as soon as I see your order, sometimes it can be a few days (work, family, etc). I give my customers the very best of my ability, so while it may not be an immediate reply I have been so far blessed with good results. I can do a reading for you in person if you are in my area; in-person readings are $25.
