Felt is a non woven fabric. Needle felting is the art of using a sharp, barbed felting needle to tangle fibers. Because the needle can be directed by the user it becomes a sculpting and ‘drawing’ tool.
Shipping: Items are shipped in 2 or 3 days after payment is received. We ship USPS priority,insured within the United States. We will accept a return and give a refund of an item minus postage within three days after you have received it. It must be in new condition and in same packing material. You must notify us for a return receipt number. All items are created in a smoke and perfume free environment.
