Each piece of Ascension Fiber evolves from found objects, mythic stories, and that which is unnamed but running through us all. Because of this process every creation is truly rare. Giving no longer used objects new purpose, not only creates history in the work, but also supports the health of our community and planet. There is a connection that happens in the flight of creation between the artist and his or her greater family.
“Mischief Collection” is a motley group of characters you might meet on a warm evening while trouncing through the woods with incorrigible friends.
