A chance to buy small affordable paintings as well as larger pieces by this English artist, who works mainly in the landscape and especially at the coast. (Although there will occasionally be flowers, objects and cats creeping in :>) )
With an interest in the changing light, weather, colours and seasons, a sense of place, movement, textures and atmosphere working plein air and in the studio from the plein air sketches, the unique colours of the day are captured.
Some canvasses (www.vivienblackburn.com) are very large but showing here are mainly smaller works, paintings and sketches which are more easily posted ... and more affordable :>D though I will also show a few larger works.
