I sell vintage and antique items as well as some supplies. My items are generally not personalized.

We are able to gift wrap non supply items. Indicate your desire at checkout and add a note at time of purchase.

I generally ship within 24 hours except for intensive packaging items such as sets of dinnerware, punch bowl sets, and similar items that require extensive packaging. Such items will normally be shipped within 3 days of purchase.

I use both USPS and Federal Express. The method depends on distance, weight and volume. I choose the least expensive method available for a given package that offers a reasonable delivery interval.

Should you have special time constraints please email before purchase to avoid potential disappointment.

I will always attempt to accomodate special requests but need to be made aware of the need before I can fulfill it.

All of my shipments are insured. If your purchase arrives damaged email me immediately and we will file a claim together.

You will need to email me photos of the damaged product and of any damage to the exterior package.

After I file a claim, usually within a few hours of being notified of the damage, you will receive an affidavit to complete from the insurance carrier.
Damage claims are normally settled and payment reimbursed to you within 3 - 5 days of the completed paperwork submission.
