Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

Polymer clay beads, components and buttons: Avoid abrasive surfaces, caustic chemicals and high heat. When in doubt, remove buttons from garments and accessories before washing that will involve agitation or detergents. Items that are damaged due to excessive wear and tear cannot be replaced or replicated. If you have any questions, just ask! I am always ready to help customers.

Bead Embroidery: The best way to clean it is to never let it get dirty and avoid excessive handling. The delicate textures and construction make cleaning tricky. Do not use stiff bristled brushes if something gets in between the beads.
