Ring was NOT AT ALL THE COLOR I HAD ORDERED. GOT TONS OF GRIEF ABOUT WANTING DIFFERENT ONE. Unhappy with purchase, but seller did her best to tell me "oh well".

The band was a different color than customer was expecting, the crystal was the color she requested. Listing states the band colors vary. Did my best to offer solutions despite the fact she received exactly what was described; but she just kept insisting I send her a different ring as a freebie.
