The shop owner is a pleasure to deal with and she even refunded some of my shipping costs since I ended up being in the same state as her and shipping wouldn't be as expensive. She delivered the pretzels right on time and even gave me a heads up that they should be coming so I could bring them in from the heat as soon as possible. The pretzels are adorable, perfect, and exactly as pictured. I will definitely be ordering from here again! Thank you so much!!!
