PRINTED / SHIPPED ORDERS:

- PLEASE be sure TO INCLUDE your EVENT DATE when you place your order as it is very important!

- Orders are shipped to arrive THE WEEK PRIOR TO or EARLY THE WEEK OF your event. **This can also be sooner depending upon how far in advance you are placing your order, etc. (This does not apply to invitations).

- ALL ORDERS are SHIPPED via PRIORITY MAIL which is approx. 2 to 3 day delivery once shipped.

- Information will be CONVO'D to you after purchase regarding what WEEK your order will be processing/shipping. You will also receive a convo with your tracking #s once your order is shipped.

DIY PRINTABLE ORDERS:

- Printable Files are available for all products!

- Please allow up to 4 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday thru Friday) for delivery of DIY Printable Orders (Time begins once payment has cleared and I have received all your needed information.)

Convo me for RUSH ORDERS - Additional Fees Apply. Prior Approval is needed for a Rush Orders as I'm not always able to accomodate.

- Orders are emailed to the email address on file with Etsy. I will convo when your files have been sent.

PLEASE NOTE: Printable files can be printed at Home or at your Local Print Shop including Staples, Office Depot, UPS Store, etc.

MOST Printables are very easy and do not require special tools. Print, Cut and Assemble...and You're Ready to Party! Please contact me for more info or see my printable listings.

*Additional Fees are applicable for custom changes after a Printable File has been emailed.

COMBINATION PRINTABLE/PAPER ORDERS:

- DIY Products will process the same time as your paper items.**

**DIY INVITATIONS will be completed within the 4 BUSINESS DAY turnaround time.

- A DIGITAL PROOF is provided for INVITATIONS due to the amount of personal information included on them.

- Your approval of those is needed prior to printing and shipping or emailing.
