Using oil paintings as my medium, I create paintings of the sea, flowers and portraits with themes that make realistic environmental and humanitarian statements. I use the old classical oil technique with materials such as silverpoint and the Rembrandt oil colors. I explore the interelationships between the humans and nature and the self and the world.
