I am closing my Etsy shop due to the fact that they allow users time and time again to get away with the Terms of Use that they have asked sellers not to do. Maybe the rules only apply to those who don't make Etsy more money.
No, I didn't get called out on for breaking any rule, because I simply didn't. It seems Etsy has become too trendy, too greedy, and too concentrated on their favorite sellers. You can find me at www.214jd.artfire.com Where sellers are appreciated, supported, and helped out there on the internet. Free promotion by Artfire, where Etsy makes you pay for every little thing and sellers like me, who haven't kissed the right ass, work for everything and we still get nowhere. Am I bitter? Just at myself for paying out all the money I did to Etsy to get nowhere!
Yes, I broke a rule there, but I have nothing listed, my fees are up to date, and I will be closing this shop soon.
