If you are interested in buying our herb kits or hand-crafted creations, please take a few minutes to read our policies.
Payment
I prefer payment through PayPal. You can pay using any credit or debit card and you do not need to register or set up PayPal account. I will accept money orders as well, but will hold shipping any items until payment is received.
Shipping
I use Priority Mail Shipping through the United States Postal Service to ensure the existence of our small community post offices. I'm happy to combine shipping on multiple items.
Once the payment is received, items will be shipped within two business days.
Please be aware that your country may hold the package for customs checks. I cannot be responsible for the delays caused by customs and you as a buyer will be responsible for any additional fees that may be charged.
If you require faster shipment, added tracking or insurance, please contact us and we will let you know the additional cost.
You may be interested to know that all the packaging used is recyclable and most of it is made from recycled materials.
EUROPEAN BUYERS
There are no customs checks within the EU and there should be no delays or additional charges. Just go for it and treat yourself! :)
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you will never experience any problems and will not need this information, but unfortunately bad things do happen. When they do:
1. All problems will be resolved according to Etsy rules.
2. We will offer refunds or exchanges only if the item received is not as described and the item is returned to me unused.
3. We will offer refunds or exchanges if we make a shipping mistake.
