DISCLAIMER: Once an order is placed we will make a custom item/bag/garment to order for you in most cases. Sometimes this can take 2-7 days depending on bags in queue. As soon as we ship our packages we are no longer in control of these packages and have to be patient like you for their arrival. Sometimes a package arrives quickly and sometimes it takes the scenic route, as we have experienced with USPS. However, should your package ever be lost (the post office considers a package lost after 30 days, we consider after 14 business days), we ensure that your transaction is a happy one and replace your item free of charges to you.
