Your satisfaction with our transaction is important to me, as is my feedback rating. The reason I love Etsy and am proud to sell here is because we are, in my opinion, a community of individuals working to create a better society with roots back in the community, away from sweatshop labor in foreign countries.

I am the sole employee of my shop, and I find my items by spending great time and care searching for the best vintage pieces at the best prices for you! Please be aware that vintage has a past and generally means USED. If something is advertised as vintage please DO NOT EXPECT A NEW ITEM, nor an item in new condition. While I would never sell a defective or poor quality item without explicitly stating it, occasionally I may make a mistake. In these rare circumstances, I ask that before leaving negative feedback, please make a good faith effort to contact me and see what can be done. If you contact me BEFORE leaving negative feedback, I will be much more inclined to go out of MY way to help YOU.

If you feel the pictures of an item are not adequate, shoot me a message asking for specifics. I am sorry that I cannot devote 100% of my time to this shop. I don't think customers quite understand just how time consuming an Etsy shop such as this is. If I say something is in "good condition" or "great condition," please assume that since this is a vintage shop, I mean "good vintage condition" or "great vintage condition."

Unfortunately I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR GIVE REFUNDS. If you truly believe an item has been poorly represented or damaged, then I will do what I can to rectify the situation. However, change of mind or ill fitting items won't warrant a refund of any sort. Of course, I am more than happy to measure any item at your request!

If you would like INSURANCE and tracking on your item, you must SPECIFICALLY REQUEST IT and that will be an extra $3.

MY SHIPPING FEES INCLUDE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. I may combine shipping for a somewhat lower price, in the form of a partial refund, but I make NO guarantees. Two customers have noted that Etsy does not reduce the shipping automatically if you purchase more than one item. In this case, please let me know and I will refund the excess amount.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPPING FEES, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM ME. I AM NOT EXPLAINING MY SHIPPING FEES TO YOU AFTER YOUR PURCHASE NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOUR ITEM COST TO SHIP. I do not need irritating people's business. Sellers on Etsy require packing and shipping supplies, as well as Etsy and PayPal fees to cover.

I ship quickly, and your item should reach you within 3-10 days, with the exception being Hawaii or Alaska, as I will likely lose money on shipping to these states and have no choice but to ship via parcel post which may take up to a week and a half to reach you.
International shipments will take an estimated 1-2 weeks delivery time. If you need priority mail, I can adjust the shipping cost upon request.

Finally, these items come from a home with 2 small dogs, and if you are bothered by the possibility of an (easily removable) dog hair coming along with your item, then make your purchase elsewhere. Thank you :)
