Hi everyone! Shopping for your significant other? If so, it might be a good idea to show them what you are thinking about buying (unless you are really sure). Jewelry is a personal decision, so I ask that you please read my "Refunds and Exchanges" terms below.

Please make your payment at the time of checkout. If you have any issues, please contact me asap.
Custom orders will begin once payment is made.
Shipping
WHAT DO YOU SHIP YOUR JEWELRY IN: All orders are shipped in a gift pouch or a 3 Rexes ring box (may vary).
SHIPPING IN USA: I will do my best to ship your item 2 to 5 days after payment is received (unless indicated differently in description).
I use the address from your PayPal account, not your ETSY address.
I include delivery confirmation for items over $30.00.
US shipping is by Priority Mail or First Class.
Express Domestic (next Day) is extra, just ask.
I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping
I "do not" automatically insure your package, you must request it!
California residents will pay sales tax through Paypal, sorry!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I ship First Class International from USPS (this method "does not" include any sort of tracking or insurance). Your order "should" generally arrive within 2 to 7 weeks after Item is shipped.
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, I recommend using Priority Mail (contact me for cost, 6-10 day delivery time).
Insurance is recommended (I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping). I do not insure your package, you must request it. Contact me for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges
I have a 5 day return policy less shipping charges, if the item is defective due to my error. Item(s) must be returned unworn in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible to return the item via US Priority Mail, Insured for the full retail value and must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the item.
All Custom items are non-returnable. I do not return earrings. Once the earrings are worn, I cannot resell them.
If you have "ANY" problems with your purchase, please contact me ASAP so I can resolve the issue at hand!
CONSIDERATIONS & DISCLAIMERS:
1. The correct ring size is "very" important
2. Custom & altered work is not returnable
3. Sterling silver is a "much" softer metal than 14kt & 18kt gold
4. Semi-precious stones can chip & crack, especially when they are exposed in all directions. Basically, they are not hard like diamonds

WHAT KIND OF SILVER DO YOU USE: 3 REXES jewelry is hand cast from the highest quality (nickel-free) .925 sterling silver. Remember, silver is much softer metal than 14kt & 18kt gold. It can scratch & the bezels can bend if hit on a hard surface (causing the stones to fall out).
WHAT KIND OF STONES DO YOU USE: I use Semi-Precious, CZ's & much more!
Remember, the stones can scratch or crack. So if you want a hard stone, I recommend diamonds, emeralds or sapphires.
HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE: It's best to have a jeweler size your finger, I ask that you "please" make double sure you know your correct size before ordering. Here is a quick way to get an idea http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size#Finger_sizing
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY: Please avoid harsh soaps, oils & chlorine, which can discolor your silver & alter the antiqued patina on your piece.

DO YOU WHOLESALE: Absolutely, contact me with your store or boutique name and resale #. I do have minimums.

The jewelry should not be worn during physical labor, exercising, swimming, bathing, playing sports or in anyway in which harm can be caused to the wearer, children, persons, or the jewelry in question. Three Rexes Jewelry is not intended for children of any age! So please keep out of the reach of children as the jewelry can contain small parts, long chains and pointy edges.
