3elizabeths' Shop Policies
We are a trio of Jack-of-all-trades artists who are interested in making things & then having them seen. We love graphic color & playful themes, sometimes delving into the dark recesses of the soul (in our art).
You will find us very accomodating to your wishes & desires, we are up to almost any kind of challenge thrown our way.
We accept PayPal & Etsy Gift Cards only, if an order needs to be cancelled, it must be done before shipment & the customer will get a full refund. We will replace at no charge anything heavily damaged in the mail.
Custom orders must be paid in full in advance.
We ship from the good old USPS & rarely apply insurance (unless the goods add up to $100.00 or are irreplacible, like the art). We will, however, abide by your wishes in this regard.
We are happy to ship internationally through customs; we covet our international trade.
Refunds and Exchanges
If items are damaged in the mail, we will replace them at no cost. Not a refund, but a replacement. There will be times when we have no more of that particular fabric; in that case the customer may choose another item.
If the item is lost in shipping the customer must go through his/her post office. No refunds or replacements are offered for lost items.
Additional Policies and FAQs
For custom orders, we require payment in full up front in order to fulfill the order in a timely fashion. Custom orders may take 2-3 weeks, depending on the availibility of fabric, shipment of said fabric, our work load, etc.
