How do I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your vintage treasure, I am happy to accept a return for a full refund.
**If you are in the US, just contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. You will then be asked to ship it back to me unused and in the condition sent, at your cost. I will issue your refund as soon as I receive the item back.
**If you are in an European Union state, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving your items, as required by EU law. You will then be asked to ship it back to me unused and in the condition sent, at your cost. International shipping fees are non-refundable. You are also solely responsible for any VAT, customs or other fees.

When will my order be shipped?
I ship all orders within 1-2 business days of completed payment. If there is any delay, I will notify you by email. You will receive a message when your order is shipped including a tracking number. Please feel free to message me with any other concerns or questions.
When will I receive my item/s?
Well, that definitely depends on where you are! I use USPS First Class for all domestic and international orders. Shipping within the US typically takes between 2 and 5 business days. International shipping typically takes 10-14 business days. Please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping notification for a more accurate estimate of arrival date.

What happens to orders unclaimed at customs?
If you don’t pick up your international shipment from customs and it is returned to me, you may choose to have your items re-sent for additional postage. If you choose not to have your package re-shipped, please be aware that there will NOT be a refund of postage and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
