Orders cannot be processed without the following:
1. Completed and Processed payment--Paypal imposes a 3-5 hold period for payments made with Electronic Checks-e-checks (Bank Account as funding source).
2. Embroidery File Format. This is required for all embroidery designs, alphabets, fonts and monograms.
Please remember to include/send the machine file format you need with your order.
This is the single biggest cause for delays in having your ordered processed.
